Two options here: 1. 0.4.7 could be synced directly from Debian Unstable. It has the hyphenation patch: http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/g/gxemul/gxemul_0.4.7-1.dsc
2. I have build 0.4.7.1 successfully. I am including the debdiff, the diff and the link to the original tarball.
