This with Thinkpad T22, almost identical in setup, docked to a port replicator and an Atheros (PCMCIA / CardBus) WiFI card inserted.
Selecting hibernate caused the machine to go to sleep. HD stopped, display backlight is off, CPU fan kept running for a while, but has now stopped, and the moon symbol at the base of the TFT is blinking. Nothing seems to be able to wake it up. Pressing the power button down for 5 seconds "turned off" the machine, and pressing it again turned it back on. After reboot, removing the Atheros card and selecting "hibernate" caused an identical result. -- Suspend / Hibernate broken (IBM Thinkpad T21) https://launchpad.net/bugs/52638 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
