All of these locales have been individually tested by launching sunbird and thunderbird with corresponding -UILocale argument to verify that the software is really translated in each locale. I also compared the new locales to the old ones and I created a transitional package for all locales that have been dropped in 0.9 version. I compared the locales in the source package to the final .debs to make sure that all locales are present. I verified dependencies of all locales and dropped thunderbird-locale- dependency of "is" locale (because thunderbird-locale-is does not exist).
