It still seems broken with the ooo 3.0 packages. To reproduce, use the
steps 1-5 from the original post, but instead of 3, set the following:

- Target cell: $C$1
- By changing cells: $A$1
- Limiting conditions: $B$1 <= 0
- Options / Solver Engine: OpenOffice.org Linear Solver

When I press 'Solve', it immediately says "solution found", but without
changing A1 (it stays at 10).

Both B1 and C1 are defined as -A1, so optimum should be A=B=C=0.
