Binary package hint: apt-listbugs
It seems to happen in apt-listbugs. After downloading correctly a
packet, it spends a long long time whitout any log and then I get:

Les rapports de bogue des paquets suivants n'ont pas pu être récupérés :

Assuming that there are no grave bugs in these packages.

And then it goes on normally installing the packages.
It stays also some minutes after "Récupération des rapports de bogue... ", when
trying to download the bug lists.
