Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: system-config-printer

Package: system-config-printer 1.0.5 or CUPS 1.3.7

After setting up an IPP printer using system-config-printer, I now want to
reconfigure the printer to point to a different URI or change its name.
However, going to printer properties, the device URI change button is disabled
and I cannot type in the text box. I am a member of lpadmin and I ran
system-config-printer with sudo.

I also cannot delete the printer. This happens for all IPP printers I
have configured.

My computer is 192.168.0.4, the print server is 192.168.0.5. Configuring
CUPS through the web interface, http://localhost:631, I try to modify
the printer, and the browser redirects to the CUPS page of the printer
host (192.168.0.5) and I get a 403 forbidden. I also cannot delete the
printer through the CUPS web interface.

Thus, I am stuck with a misconfigured printer and no way to delete it.

** Affects: system-config-printer (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
