Public bug reported:

Hi,

Opening audio decoder: [mp3lib] MPEG layer-2, layer-3
AUDIO: 44100 Hz, 2 ch, s16le, 32.0 kbit/2.27% (ratio: 4000->176400)
Selected audio codec: [mp3] afm: mp3lib (mp3lib MPEG layer-2, layer-3)

using dapper version = ok
using edgy version = sound is all crippled and full of noise.

This is running a very ultra up-to-date edgy.

changing -ao options makes no difference.

note the video is always good.

I gave a sample file to Reinhard for debugging. If somebody else needs
it, please let me know. I don't plan to slam the url here otherwise my
adsl will die and no, it's not p0rn ;)

Fabio
