Leann- So I tried the disk, and can get to the demo just fine. When I try to install, I get through all the initial setup prompts, and after the last step (username, etc..), it fails to load. It starts off, and shows the disk partitioner starting up, just as that gets up to speed, the screen goes blank and then there is a flicker of red across the top of the screen, which I assume is some error message the screen can't quite display right. It does that once or twice and then the install disk slows to a stop and the screen stays blank, until I either reset or turn off. - SO,... if there is error logs I should save and send out, or some way to get more info back to you, tell me what to do, where to get logs, etc.. and I will try it. At this point my machine still has Hardy installed and everything is backed up to another disk, so I will stay that way for a bit to play Guinea Pig. Thanks for getting back to me.
