Public bug reported: When I do
renrot --dry-run -ext jpg in a folder full of jpg files. Those files that have an exif orientation will be rotated by renrot. The original files are retained as filename.jpg_orig. None of this shows up in the console-log. The log is full of renames which are not really taking place due to dry-run. example output: Processing file: (449 of 452) stb_0194.jpg ... Renamed: stb_0194.jpg -> 20081106234154.jpg Writing user defined EXIF tags to 20081106234154.jpg. Setting mtime. renrot should not do anything(!) in dry-run mode. renrot should write some output to the console while rotating files. renrot Version: 0.25-1.1 kubuntu intrepid ibex 29/01/2009 ** Affects: renrot (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- renrot ignores --dry-run, actually rotates images https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/322623 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
