Glad to hear it! Assuming the .changes would have a raw-*
tarball, how could I find these tarballs in the librarian?

Confirmed, I just need to be able to find all of them mechanically,
i. e. the latest version for each source package per distrorelease.

They are, I just set it to incomplete because I don't know yet how
soyuz needs to get them fed. Would something like this be okay?
