It seems something was wrong vith my video-card. Got a new one(ATI) and the problem is gone. Anyhow this happened during upgrade of Ubuntu Hardy and restricted Nvidia driver. I can not understand why my old (less than 1 year old) video-card suddenly was destroyed, but my computer function now.
