My apologies, I upgraded to Hardy Heron last week. I was putting together pics into an email, clicked on send and received message. 'Error while performing operation - Could not send message; broken pipe'. Upon looking at outgoing mail, I see I have 29 messages not sent. I began using Evolution in 12/08 and have not sent out a single email. My 1st failed attemp at Evolution (12/08) was to Ubuntu us...@list for help w/ Sunjava5, it would not install (still doesn't). It didn't go out then so I sent it thru my yahoo account. They sent back an auto-reply stating because I was not registered w/ them, they would review message to see if they would even respond...no answer back yet. I am sorry for making this so long but I have 2 problems. 1st is Sunjava 5 install (doesn't install) which I have reported to Launchpad. 2nd is the Evolution 'broken pipe'. I have looked at other bugs listed but none seem to point to solution. Thank you for your time, please let me know what I can do. Ken
