All unversioned scripts (e.g. 'sn', 'al', 'gmcs') have been moved to the
mono-devel package. This allows us to change the default compiler at
some point in the future should the need arise - much how 'gcc-3.4' and
'gcc-4.2' are distinct from the 'gcc' symlink.
