This bug remains with Intrepid Ibex 8.10, kernel 2.6.27-9-generic. Sound is only affected on the Indigo IO. The on board sound seems to work. If I unplug the card and plug it back in after sleep it operates fine. I should mention that this is all using OSS, because ALSA didn't seem to work at all. I'll reboot and check it out again.
