Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-input-synaptics
I have a Lenovo X301 with a dual trackpad / trackpoint device. cyndaemon disables: * Trackpad movement during typing * Clicking of all buttons during typing The physical buttons should still be accessible while I'm typing. At the very least, only the buttons on the trackpad itself (not the trackpoint buttons) should be disabled. As a workaround I have disabled trackpad tapping altogether with gsynaptics (I only use the trackpad for circular scrolling). ** Affects: xserver-xorg-input-synaptics (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- syndaemon blocks buttons and trackpoint https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/320627 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
