Thanks for uploading those debs, Andy. I was being too lazy to build, so they got me to actually test the thing. :)
Unfortunately, they seem to have no effect, removing the SUSPEND_MODULES workaround results in the same dead ethernet as before. What's more, `modprobe -r forcedeth` after resume results in kernel freeze, so I think forcedeth is left in an inconsistent state. I don't have any more time to work on this tonight, but when I get a chance I will try playing around with some more patching.
