2 Alexandros Theoretically - yes. There is a point in EULA according to which you may claim your money back. Practically - it depends on the country you are in. In some countries it is totally impossible (Ukraine, Russia and other ex-USSR countries are certainly in the list). And in those you can do this - it is a terribly difficult task.
