I have this bug, or a similar one, in Intrepid Ibex. When I add a location and type my town's name (which doesn't show in the proposed locations list), then type in the coordinates and choose the timezone, the weather simply doesn't show. When I first select a nearby location from the proposed list, then change the coordinates, the weather shows but the name isn't changed: it is still the location from the list, even though I changed it (I tried doing it before closing the dialog and after clicking Edit and opening it again, too).
