Daniel, does the problem exists for you, too if you use the 'radeonhd' driver instead of 'radeon'? There is no other way than filing a bug report upstream :D I can do that for you if you don't want to do that, but you have to provide logs and so on if it's necessary. Shall I file the bug report for you?
