Hi Alexander, Sorry about the delay in getting back about this bug.
Initially when I tried this out on intrepid I was unable to connect to my ap with the ssid hidden using wpa_supplicant. There must have been some update in the past months that fixed this problem, as I can now connect using wpa_supplicant.
