Well, the behavior is different from when opening the files with Archive Manager (File-Roller) and choosing "Extract -> Extract" (in the default directory, i.e. where the archive is located). In that case, the directory structure created is the one expected, i.e.: /archive /disk1/file1.txt /disk2/file2.txt
So the behavior differs whether one uses "Extract Here" in Nautilus or opens the archives with File-Roller.
