To submit this packaging request, I followed the guide at

If that guide is misleading, please correct it.  It was last updated
2008-12-07

I obviously searched my own apt installation in Intrepid, and found
neither htp nor htpdate available.  I also searched at
http://packages.ubuntu.com/ for Jaunty, and it's not listed there.
