** Description changed: I've been searching through the reported bugs and none of them seem to fit what I've seen with my laptop (Inspiron 9400 with up to date Intrepid). the laptop suspends to ram without problems. But when I resume the only thing I get is a blank screen (I think the backlight is on). Keyboard seem to "work" as I can see the CapsLock led and, most importantly, lets me press Ctrl-Alt-F1 which is the combination that takes me to my graphical login screen (the one I would expect to come up after resume). Other Ctrl-Alt-Fx combinations don't have much effect. Please let me know if this is related to some other bug being investigated or if I should provide any further information.
