Hello again everyone, I just got word from the X.Org team that all the developers who worked on the files that were under the GLX Public License have given their permission for their contributions to be used under the new permissive terms. I believe that all the code in X.Org that was originally under an SGI license is now free software. Once the latest stuff gets incorporated into Debian, I think this bug can be closed.
Again, if anyone has any questions about this, please feel free to ask me. -- xfree86: material under GLX Public License and SGI Free Software License B is not DFSG-free https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/6765 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is a direct subscriber. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
