Hi Lauai, Care to test the most recent pre-release of Jaunty - http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/jaunty/alpha-2/ - and confirm if this is still an issue? You should be able to test suspend via a LiveCD. Please let us know your results. Thanks.
