The upgrade will continue but the 'update-manager-core' package may be
in a not working state. Please consider submitting a bugreport about it.

1) Release is 7.04 Feisty Fawn.

2) $ apt-cache policy update-manager-core
update-manager-core:
  Installed: 1:0.81.3
  Candidate: 1:0.81.3
  Version table:
 *** 1:0.81.3 0
        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com gutsy-updates/main Packages
