Public bug reported:

I'm using Ubuntu 9.04 for some time now, and i have a small problem with
some KDE apps, like amarok, k3b...

Not all buttons from those apps are in there, like you can see in the
print screen.

I'm been searching on google for some help, but i can't find anything.

k3b - http://iporn.ath.cx/k3b.png <- on the top, you can see that the
icons are gone, there, and pretty much everywhere

amarok - http://iporn.ath.cx/amarok.png <- top/bottom/left side. the
same problem that i have with k3b, icons are gone. I have the Tray Icon
activated, but on the top bar of ubuntu, there's a blank space, and no
icon.

amarok - http://iporn.ath.cx/amarok1.png

log from initiating amarok from bash,

$ amarok
