Public bug reported:
I have just installed boinc-client and boinc-manager packages
(6.2.14-2~intrepid1) on x86 32 bit intrepid box. Process "boinc" is
running as user boinc, according the output of command "ps". However
boincmgr does not work. If I run it from a terminal window, I get:
10:27:08 PM: Error: can't open file '/RebootPending.txt' (error 2: No such file
or directory)

connect: Operation now in progress

then the client window appears but there is no connection to the client,
and if I try to repeat it with menu in boincmgr (tool menu) "localhost"
is shown for a while in window title than it disappears again, and in
terminal there is another "connect: Operation now in progress" message.
What can I do to use boinc? Thanks.
