Thanks for helping submit this bug report, In efforts to help improve
Ubuntu. I can help you assign the right package, but I will need a litte
more info from you.

Can you please open a terminal and run the following command:

lspci | cat > lspci_output.txt

then you can attach the lspci_output.txt file here, this should contain
the exact wireless card you have...

Also when you say reset it do you mean restarting the laptop? or just
resetting the Network Manager?
