The axigen init script has a LSB header that says
    # Default-Start:  3 4 5

But update-rc.d should normally ignore them if the file /etc/update-
rc.d-lsbparse is not present.  The problem is a missing check in update-
rc.d (see attached patch).  The same test is used some lines above for
the Default-Stop LSB header.

Still it could also be fixed in axigen's init script.  You should
contact the axigen support for this.
