I see the same in Intrepid 32bit. Commandline works perfectly, but nautilus is misbehaving with the no free space error. (nautilus was also misbehaving with the umask settings, but that has been fixed with a .gnomerc file)
We use SSHFS in a coorporate environment, and it's unfortunate that nautilus has this bug again.
