Hi Liberie, I also experience the same error with you. this is what i have done to solve it.
1. Download the latest source code of tp_smapi (http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=1212&package_id=171579). 2. Follow instruction in here (http://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/Tp_smapi#Installation_from_source) 3.
