This issue is not Gnome bug #556915.

Gnome #556915 is about the inability to connect to IPv6-only ESSIDs
because NetworkManager turns down the established connection if it
cannot get an IPv4 DHCP lease. Bug #307598 in Launchpad is describing
the situation.

This bug is about IPv6 address/route not being flushed after the
connection is being changed, which leads to stale configuration
parameters.
