Updates: 1. Remove n improves, but not eliminates the problem. I was testing using ping, which can reach 0% packet loss if you are not doing anything else. However, if you have too much Internet activity, such as download large files, or opening dozens of web pages in a few seconds, it's much easier to drop the connection in one or two minutes, and the period without Internet is about 10 secs. Seems like NM or the driver is trying to adjust the link speed, and during that 10 secs Internet is not accessible at all.

Only when I use the 'wl' driver it will show the device in iwconfig. I tried backports kernel and modules b43, ssb, or even ndiswrapper, the device is showing at lspci but not iwconfig. -- Wireless network keeps reconnecting (ubuntu edgy) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/64173 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
