Open a terminal/console and enter the following commands.

uname -a > ~/uname-a.log
cat /proc/version_signature > ~/version.log
dmesg > ~/dmesg.log
sudo lspci -vvnn > ~/lspci-vvnn.log 
cd /var/lib/acpi-support/; grep '.' *-* > ~/laptop.log

In your Home Folder will be five (5) new files uname-a.log, version.log,
dmesg.log , lspci-vvnn.log, laptop.log. Attach these to the bug report
as separate attachments. Thank you in advance.
