Hi it seems that with latest 2.6.27-11 (from intrepid-proposed) cifs and kerberos work again! I can mount my remote share with the sec=krb5i option and I don't need to type a password to get it mounted (although a "Password:" prompt is shown anyway, just hitting enter or putting "password=" in the mount options do the trick)
