I'm experiencing the same thing on a Acer TravelMate 4500. The system doesn't 
always wake from a suspend, but when it does I get the same repeating line:
"ACPI: EC: non-query interrupt received, switching to interrupt mode"
Repeats every few seconds to a every minute or two. In 15 minutes I logged 65 
log entries.
Attached is the syslog that includes a suspend and wake
Also receiving ACPID: exiting bug on shutdown/reboot as reported on Bug #302452 
and #274995, which appears, at least to me, to be related.
