Public bug reported: Binary package hint: evince
I purchased a Click-N-Ship label from usps.com, delivered as a downloadable PDF file. Evince immediately exits with "Segmentation fault" as soon as I try to open it. The document viewer window opens briefly, displays "Loading" then closes. I was able to open and print these labels on Ubuntu Hardy. I don't know if the problem is a new version of Evince or possibly a change in the PDF files from USPS. I can print the label just fine using Adobe Reader 8.1.3. As soon as the label is opened in Adobe Reader, it shows the print dialog. This is evince 2.24.1-0ubuntu1. I have a copy of the label but I won't upload it because it has a third-party's personal information on it. If a developer wants a copy I'll email it to you.
