Since the update in Intrepid to 2.6.27-11 the Realtek 8180 wireless
drivers fail to work if the backports modules are installed, but I
haven't been able to find a related bug report.  Removing the backports
modules and rebooting seems to fix it since it is running on the kernel
stock drivers.  The strange part is that the modules give no error and
load just fine, the wmaster0 interface is created, but the wlan0
interface isn't created.  Should I open a new kernel report?
