Thanx for getting back to me. Since I posted that Bug I have discovered that
the problem only resides on my laptop ( a 3-year old Acer). My desktop PC seems
to be fine. After some looking around I saw a post that indicated that certain
video cards are no longer supported in 8.10. I don't know how to check my
laptop to see what card it has installed. If that is the case, I'd like to
downgrade back to 8.04 on my laptop only, but can't find any help links to do
that, either. lol
Thanx again!

files

Which application are you using to upload the .jpg file?
Which flash plugin do you have installed?

images in general. Streaming video from the web will not playing spite of the
re-installation of all flash players that worked in 8.04. No error message or
"plug-ins required" message is displayed. Also, whenever I attempt to upload a
