Public bug reported:

I have the nvidia driver installed for my video card, with the second
screen (my LCD TV) hooked up to a separate X server. When I connect via
VNC to the first screen with desktop effects enabled, everything updates
fine in the VNC client, however, if I connect to the second X server (on
the next port up) I can connect to the VNC but the same problem
described in bug #77442 occurs when I connect to it. The screen doesn't
update, but input still gets registered to the screen. After some
research and finding this very similar bug, I disabled desktop effects
and immediately VNC on both screens updated properly. Is there a chance
this fix didn't apply to the second screen?
