Quick tip that I wanted to share to get out of the no-click mouse problem. Got this idea from trying variations of Kevin Brown's solution.
Keep holding down Alt+F7 while left clicking and moving the mouse around.. Works for me every time so far. Makes the glitch more livable for now. -- X.org will stop responding to mouse clicks on Ibex with Xinerama.
