Public bug reported: Binary package hint: network-manager
Today, right after installing the latest updates, the network-manager shows that I am disconnected from the network even though I am connected and I can surf using firefox. I found a duplicate of this bug ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/105234 ) but it does not seem to refer to Intrepid. n...@nikp-diaamath:~$ dpkg -S /usr/sbin/NetworkManager network-manager: /usr/sbin/NetworkManager n...@nikp-diaamath:~$ lsb_release -rd Description: Ubuntu 8.10 Release: 8.10 n...@nikp-diaamath:~$ apt-cache policy network-manager network-manager: Εγκατεστημένα: 0.7~~svn20081018t105859-0ubuntu1.8.10.1 Υποψήφιο: 0.7~~svn20081018t105859-0ubuntu1.8.10.1 Πίνακας Έκδοσης: *** 0.7~~svn20081018t105859-0ubuntu1.8.10.1 0 500 http://ubuntu.otenet.gr intrepid-updates/main Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status 0.7~~svn20081018t105859-0ubuntu1 0 500 http://ubuntu.otenet.gr intrepid/main Packages ** Affects: network-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Network manager show disconnected even though network connection is perfectly OK [ Intrepid Ibex ]. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/308483 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
