Unfortunately, I no longer have the machine that had this problem so I won't be able to supply any of the requested information. I wish I could have been more helpful. As far as I am concerned you may close this bug. I'm not sure the correct way to close a bug. Based on the comments at the top it looks like it will automatically be expired after a certain number of days.
