Why must Any Orca user doing following procedure if would like maintained 2.24 version of orca? sudo su apt-get build-dep gnome-orca apt-get install autoconf automake subversion gnome-common mkdir /orca cd /orca svn co http://svn.gnome.org/svn/orca/branches/gnome-2-22 cd gnome-2-22 ./autogen.sh make make install For example with Debian experimental repository the 2.24.2 gnome-orca version is available. Interesting, but for example the totem package is replaced with: totem (2.24.2-0ubuntu4) Not possible doing this with intrepid-proposed update?
