Using: Ubuntu 8.10
I'm not really sure what caused this error as I don't recall any updates
to gnome-settings-daemon or gnome packages being done recently. After
restarting I've found that gnome-settings-daemon segfaults almost
immediately after loading. In the terminal doing:
:> gnome-settings-daemon
Will work with no errors and the theme will begin to load until it
crashes and sends me to a default grey and blocky one. Checking dmesg I
find:

Where each line corresponds to a single attempt to restart the daemon
via terminal. Not really sure how to go about fixing this. Please let me
know what else I should post or any thoughts/ideas.
