Public bug reported: Hi all
I have newly install a fresh copy of 7.04 ubuntu from live CD I perform a sudo apt-get update, to up date all the stuff then i try to do a sudo apt-get install build-essential but i always get the following message. [sudo] password for user: Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done Package build-essential is not available, but is referred to by another package.
