It works fine, I did an apt-get install.   I also updated libdmraid
There were no initramfs triggers, so I generated it myself.   It boots
and I can use the disk.

ii  dmraid                                    1.0.0.rc14-2ubuntu12.2

ii  libdmraid1.0.0.rc14                       1.0.0.rc14-2ubuntu12.2
