Public bug reported: Hi,
I use Ubuntu Edgy 6.10 on a Toshiba Tecra 8200 Intel PIII 800 Mhz 512 RAM HD 20GB with a Screen: XGA TFT LCD 14'1 inch with integrated graphics card Trident Cyberblade 16MB. At max resolution, 1280X1024, I lose an inch on the display to the right (it stays black). I think that the max resolution that my screen and video card are capable of handling are higher, but I can't set them through system / preference / screen resolution. Can someone fix this? ** Affects: Ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed ** Description changed: Hi, I use Ubuntu Edgy 6.10 on a Toshiba Tecra 8200 Intel PIII 800 Mhz 512 RAM HD 20GB with a Screen: XGA TFT LCD 14'1 inch with integrated graphics card Trident Cyberblade 16MB. - At max resolution, 1280X1024, I lose an inch on the display to the left. + At max resolution, 1280X1024, I lose an inch on the display to the right + (it stays black).
