OK. I found the mistake. If I disable the device via hotswap I can remove it without any crashs. But this is a bit slow, because you have to enter this command everytime on terminal. So I searched a bit and found lt_hotswap, which is an kernel module, which is doing this automatically. With this module I can remove the device without any crashs. I will try if I can create a deb package for it ;)
